It is well documented that Pilates can play a vital role in the treatment and management of Back pain. Puremoves now run specialist small group Pilates based classes.
Clients will be fully assessed before joining the class and the most appropriate exercises for the individuals’ needs and capabilities will be selected. Working at their own pace, clients will gradually improve their movement skills, their strength and their flexibility thus reducing their pain.
These classes would be suitable for anyone who finds regular classes too demanding; People who need additional help to reach the next step of recovery, whether that is to return to normal every day activities, return to work or to your favourite sport.
