About the teachers:
Pilates
We have four excellent Pilates teachers who are all fully qualified and are comitted to continuing professional development. These are the classes currently running. To enquire about and book places please call the Centre or the teacher direct - see their links on the left.
These are not drop-in classes. You must book with a teacher before joining and unless you have previous Pilates experience you will need a one-to-one with a teacher before staring class.
