Annie Rankin (Vajrasara) has been meditating for 18 years; she has taught many meditation classes and led retreats for more than 8 years.

Meditation helps us to become calm, focused, balanced, compassionate and
more alive. The course at Pure Moves includes guidance in two ancient awareness
practices mindfulness of breathing, which leads to concentration and integration
of
our energies; and developing positive emotion, which shines light on our
mental states and gently encourages sensitivity, care and an open heart and
mind.
The course also includes tips on resourcing ourselves, working with
restlessness, moods, hindrances, and physical pains; how to balance breadth
and focus, how to relax more deeply, and access the joy of being present.
The art of meditation is the art of being with oneself. Simple yet profound.
Suitable for people with no experience, and for those of any faith, or none.
