Yoga works with the body, mind and breath.
Through gentle movements and asana (postures), breath awareness and deep relaxation, the body slowly begins to release deeply held emotional tension. Opening to the breath can help us to experience a place of acceptance and peace within ourselves, leading to a deeper understanding of ourselves, others and life itself.
Through her own experiences Emma has discovered the value of being connected with the body, mind and breath in order to maintain health and well-being. She has been interested in yoga and meditation for many years and since 2005 she has been training with the British Wheel of Yoga under the guidance of Paul Fox.
Emma's classes are suitable for anyone looking to improve their physical or emotional well-being, for relief from stress or to experience a deeper meaning and connection with life. All ages and abilities are welcome.
