Gill Oates

Gill Oates trained as a Tatty Bumpkin teacher in March 2007, and has been running sessions in the Frome area and in Pre-schools since May 2007.

Gill has been practicing Hatha Yoga for around 8 years. She is a CACHE Level 3 accredited Childminder, and has been Police checked.

She decided to train as a Tatty Bumpkin teacher as she was looking for a career that would fit in with having a young family.

Tatty Bumpkin has recently been accredited by CACHE and they are also a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.The Tatty Bumpkin training has been awarded an UnLtd social enterprise award for its socially responsible model and work with Fair trade co-operatives, communities and individuals in the UK and abroad.

In 2008 Tatty Bumpkin won a National Award for Best Physical Activity Class for Children, in the Organix and What's on for Little ones Awards
