Lisa is a trained professional dancer. She was introduced to
yoga at the age of 17 and has been studying yoga ever since.
She has studied with many different schools of yoga in Europe, the USA & Canada and has developed a vinyasa flow style, paying close attention to breath and the awareness of
alignment. She has been teaching In Somerset and Europe for the last 10 years.
Lisa is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance and is also an Anusara Inspired teacher/student. She holds a Perinatal Diploma with Birthlight and teaches Pregnancy, Yoga for Mother & Baby and Conception Yoga. She has also worked on the detox retreat ‘Vital Detox’ in Glastonbury for a few years and developed classes which were designed specifically to enhance & aid the detox process.
She is a gentle and intuitive teacher who enables everyone in her class to work at their own pace, deepening their flexibility and wellbeing through gentle stretching and breath work.
In summary, Lisa believes passionately in the power and the therapeutics of yoga and the effects it has on the body and mind.
