Noelle has been teaching hatha yoga in the west country for over 25 years.. originally training with the British Wheel of yoga. Her own style has developed into a gentle flowing form, with emphasis on mindfulness of body and breath, with one posture leading into another through sequences designed to enhance all the systems and organs of the body while stimulating the natural flow of energy.
If you consider the body as a musical instrument.. then the yoga practice is like retuning that instrument, and bringing your whole being back into balance and harmony.. you wouldn't force or strain a musical instrument, you never force or strain your body,.. listen, and follow what feels comfortable and appropriate at this time, re-aligning, cleansing, strengthening and balancing the body while bringing clarity and calmness to the busy mind ..``.
