A practical myofascial and trigger point, guided self- massage class. The class will be guided by a qualified massage therapist and Pilates instructor. Using a variety of equipment, from foam rollers, to prickly balls and rolling pins!
Clare takes the class through a full body treatment. Release tight, tense muscles to improve your skeletal alignment, muscle function and range of movement. Most participants report improved quality of sleep.
