Reiki Level I is a one-day workshop which offers an informative, introduction to the serenity of this gentle, yet powerful, ancient energy relaxation technique. Reiki Level I is a certified ‘Reiki Attunement’. Reiki Level I will enable the participant to channel Reiki through their own hands – to heal oneself.

This wonderful therapy will give you peace, clarity, balance and a feeling of inner calm and focus. The day begins with an introduction into the history of Reiki and will include an interactive session, the Reiki Attunement process, and a chance to practice Reiki upon oneself. A full Reiki manual and certificate is provided. Follow up support is available after the workshop. Reiki Level I is suitable for anyone wanting to learn a skill for their own self development or for student practitioners considering the Full Reiki Level II Practitioner.
