MYOFASCIAL RELEASE – A guided self-massage class

Myofascial Release therapy can help to re-organise and lengthen tight muscles, allowing for better movement and health to the muscle tissue. This form of soft tissue therapy can be used for the relief of pain and muscle tightness, to increase circulation and lymphatic drainage. Clients also report improved sleep after sessions.
Using foam rollers, prickly balls and tennis balls you will be taught to release tension and knots, and improve flexibility and alignment.
