Using a variety of equipment, from foam rollers, to prickly balls and rolling pins! Clare takes the class through a full body treatment*.

As a qualified Massage Therapist and Pilates Teacher, Clare draws on her many years experience of body work, to create a routine that is safe, effective and easy to do.
N.B. Some medical conditions may not be suitable for this type of treatment in a class setting.
