A Beautiful Mind:
a mindfulness and yoga workshop

A mindfulness and yoga workshop where you will work on concentration (samadhi in pali), one of the pillars of a joyful and peaceful mind.
What to expect from this workshop:
- You will practice concentration exercises to focus your mind and cope with the most common hindrances which prevent it from being still and clear. When the mind reaches a good level of concentration, you will find it easier to deal with negative thoughts and emotions such as anxiety, fear and agitation.
- You will strengthen your concentration through specific yoga movements and some meditation techniques and find the right balance between energy and relaxation.
- Eventually, through mindfulness counselling we will reach a place where we are able to accept and be at ease with whatever is present.
