‘I wanted to write to say how lovely it was to meet you and to experience your wonderful teaching exclusively over 7 days in Tigmi, Morocco. Not only was the setting all I could have wished for, your genuine and friendly approach and care over each individual and their needs, enabled us to fully relax and trust in the wonderful service you provided.
Your teaching evidenced [sic] a great deal of experience in your field and your articulation in talking us through each exercise so expertly meant that we were all pushed to try new moves with confidence and most importantly, safety. Surrounded by the Atlas mountains, cool breezes and the warm sunshine, there could be no better way to exercise!
Tigmi was certainly a very special location…It was simply stunning, and every need catered for but in a very understated way which I absolutely loved. Around every hidden corner, a gem, a quiet space to read and reflect and enjoy the beautiful Moroccan architecture and colourful tropical plants. The food was outstanding and the choices of healthy, fresh and homebaked produce was a culinary delight. The serving staff were most polite and extremely discreet.’

Here, Liz offers some answers to questions which you might have about our retreats:
Who are the retreats suitable for? Do you need to be experienced in both Pilates and yoga?
In terms of age, on our retreats we have hosted ages from 14 years to 78 years old. We have had many couples join us, mother and daughter teams, both men and women travelling on their own, and groups of friends. In terms of ability, we host brand new beginners, to both yoga and/or Pilates, to teachers of Pilates and yoga. We cater to all levels, as we run two yoga classes and two Pilates classes a day for beginners and experienced people. We also run several optional workshops in the afternoons, for example, yoga nidra and breathing workshops. In Spain we used the great wall of yoga for one workshop!
What happens in the evenings during the retreat?
Beautiful dinner followed by light socialising, or reclining to your beautiful rooms and comfy beds with a cosy book. It is entirely up to you.
Can you describe the format of the week?
We swap around the early morning group half way through the week, so people can have a sleep in. Half way through the week we have a day off, so that you can explore the beauty of the local area, or travel further afield, or just relax all day by the pool.
