Studio update July 2020

The summer solstice has passed and unfortunately our wait for news of when we can welcome back clients to our studios continues. We really do miss seeing everyone in person and the physical contact! But sadly we must wait a little while longer.

However, we do hope to reopen our studios doors for distanced 1:1s very soon, both on Pilates equipment and mat work. If you are interested, please contact us asap so that we can put you on the wait list. Availability will be limited and we expect slots to be booked up quickly.

Whilst we are busy preparing our beautiful studios for your return, we have some great online workshops to offer you at home.  We are so lucky to have Eva Warman teaching Qigong at Pure Moves and Eva has created a 4-part Qigong special starting on Thursday 9th July. For any of our clients who haven’t tried Qigong before this will be the perfect opportunity to try Eva’s classes. Each session has been created with a particular focus on health points relevant to these COVID-19 times.  The sessions can be booked as a single class or as a block of 4. So if you have never tried a Qigong class here is your chance to have a go and give your health a boost at the same time.

Other workshops also coming up include Healthy, Happy Feet with Trish and Knees with Clare – see post below for all workshop details.

Live Zoom classes will continue through the summer and the next 5-week block of classes commences this Monday 29th June. Get in touch if you haven’t received your class email with the details. Some of our teachers will be taking a break over August and we will announce our summer schedule over the next couple of weeks. There will also be more workshops coming up, so keep an eye out for details soon.

Complete new beginners are welcome to join our online classes. If anyone would like to see how Zoom classes work, we are currently offering the first online mat class free.

Zoom classes and making up
If you can’t make your regular Zoom class, you can still post and swap classes on ClassSwap in the usual way. If you have misplaced your Zoom links we sent to you at the start of half term, they can also be found on your class page in ClassSwap.

Thank you to those who continue to support us by attending Zoom classes – we really appreciate the continued stream of thank you and well done emails – they mean a lot to us.
