PILATES USING A CHAIR with Jane Langley

This workshop is intended to be challenging and fun!, with the entire workshop using a dining chair as a prop. Do not expect to be sitting down!!
Preferably have a chair that has no arms and a little bit of padding on the seat. You will also need your mat and a band. Suitable for all levels. (If you have any movement concerns or are recovering from an injury, please let Jane know at the time of booking.)
