These are not drop-in classes. You must book with a teacher before joining and unless you have previous Pilates experience you will need a one-to-one with a teacher before starting class.

Please note all our regular classes run only during term time. In school breaks we do run additional classes and we run workshops throughout the year. Please go to our News page for info.

This is a great supplement to your weekly classes and features mat and standing exercises that you can do at home. It is available to buy online from our website at £12.95 but if you are taking any of the Pilates classes at Pure Moves, whether with Liz or one of the other teachers you can buy this at the special studio price of £10.
