Welcome to Pure Moves, Frome

Pure Moves is a new and friendly multi discipline movement and holistic therapies centre with dedicated studios right in the middle of the lovely Somerset town of Frome.

We have classes taught by the area’s leading practitioners for all levels. The teachers are fully qualified and the rooms are comfortable and warm.
As well as our regular classes there will be specialist weekend workshops throughout the year.

• Main studio is a large bright open room (60sqm) where group classes can take place.
  
• Small studio offers a more intimate setting for smaller groups and will be our Pilates Reformer studio.
  
• Treatment rooms that cater to bodywork practitioners, therapists and meditation.

The centre is set in a quiet location with its own peaceful garden. We aim to provide the community with an encouraging and supportive environment for mind body development.
