Vinyasa yoga is a relatively new form of Hatha yoga, which stems from the yoga taught by Sri T. Krishnamacharya. His students developed their own styles of which include Iyengar Yoga, Astanga Yoga and Viniyoga. Vinyasa Yoga combines elements of all these practices and weaves the body, the breath and the mind into unison. The relationship between the movement and the breath becomes one. The breath takes control and the movement is allowed to flow like a dance.
Vinyasa yoga helps bring the breath, the body and the mind into unison so that we can release our true potential and have a deeper understanding of our core identity.
